Cheapest Data Plans for Android OS in Nigeria PART 1

As a follow up to my promise on providing information on the cheapest monthly data plans for the android os, this post will provide all necessary information on how to set up a cheap internet connection on your device.

Go to google play, search and download DROIDVPN and tun.ko

After downloading open tun.ko

you will need to install the modules by ticking the boxes  

after installing the modules

open droidvpn go to settings and set your droidvpn to UDP and set the UDP PORT TO 500 or simply set it as ICMP (no port settings for ICMP) as shown below

Rooting Tecno N3 OR P3

Requirements to Root Techno N3

1. Poot.apk – Download Here

2. Ministro II – Download Here from Google Play Store.

Rooting the Tecno N3 Device

1. Turn Off the Tecno N3 or T3, then remove your Memory Card.

2. Now, switch on the Smartphone, transfer the Poot.apk file and Install on your phones memory.

Make sure you enabled “Install Apps from Unknown Source”. Here is how to set that, Goto Menu > Setting >

Applications > Unknown Sources, then tick the check box that reads “Allow installation of Non-market applications”.

3. Launch the Poot.apk application you installed, then you would be asked to install Ministro II application, follow the link above to download and install it.

4. After installing the Ministro II, update the library as you would be prompted to, after that, restart the phone.

5. Two options would pop up,viz;

• - Press Here to Poot

• - Built in Root Check

6. Select the first option and wait, two other options would be displayed, which are

• - Get SuperUser

• - Get Root Checker

• - In-built Rootchecker

BlackBerry Messenger for Android ;iPhone Unsupported Operating System

 

It is no longer news that BlackBerry is
releasing the BlackBerry
Messenger to other platforms before
September.
This was further reassured by Thorsten
Heins at the BBLive conference
this morning.
According to Thorsten Heins, BBM would
be free of charge to download
and use. However, only the messaging
and group chat would be rolled
put first, followed by BBM Voice, Screen
Sharing, Video Capabilities
and BBM channels later in the year.
While a lot of folks are very much excited
about this soon to be
released BBM for Android and iOS, it is
important to note that some
devices are not supported.
Below are the devices it won't support
1. Any Android device running Android
version lower than Ice Cream
Sandwich i.e. Anything less than Android
4.0 won't be supported.
2. Any iOS device running less than iOS
6.0 won't be supported. I.e.
Any iPhone lower than iPhone 3GS won't
be supported, iPhone 4 still
running iOS 5.1.1 won't be supported.
Same goes for the iPads running
less than iOS 6.
3. Windows Phone 8 devices are not
supported at all.
What does this mean?
It simply means that if you are very
excited about this move and want
to use BBM on your Android or Apple
device, you should also make sure
that your mobile device meets the
requirements to download and use the
soon to be released BBM for Android and
iOS.

Samsung announces BBM for Android – BlackBerry still quiet

 
BlackBerry still hasn’t announced official launch details for BBM for Android or BBM for iOS, but that didn’t stop Samsung from making an official announcement this week. According to a press release picked up by N4BB, Samsung’s African arm has announced that BBM for Android will be available in Google Play and the Samsung app store “soon,” and that it will be free for all Galaxy smartphones. No specific details or launch timing were provided. Last week, BGR shared the first picture of BBM for Android running on a handset and the app has reportedly been made available to early beta testers ahead of its public release. Since MTN decided to block BIS on pc, i decided to go on a testing spree on the major vpn providers and i discovered pdproxy actually connects using the udp connection mode
Just follow the steps carefully :
Instructions:
1.set your modem apn to--blackberry.net and connect!
2. Sign up for an account ( Sign Up for Free Here )
3. Download and unzip PD-Proxy HERE
4. Open PD-Proxy.exe When a prompt message asking you to install a driver press Yes.
5.Go to settings--advanced settings---set both tcp and udp to 500 as shown below.

after setting that
simply save and go back
then input your username and password from step 2
 select demo server 2 and udp connection mode as shown below!!

CONNECT !!!!
open firefox and make sure u set your proxy settings to ---no proxy
